All puppies receive attentive care from birth and are monitored closely throughout their early development to ensure they are thriving before joining their forever homes.

Veterinary Care

Before going home, every puppy receives:

  • A complete veterinary health examination
  • Age-appropriate vaccinations
  • Routine deworming treatments
  • Health records documentation
  • A general wellness assessment

We work hard to provide each puppy with the best possible start in life.

Health Guarantee Coverage

We provide a health guarantee covering congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious hereditary condition within the guarantee period, buyers must notify us immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.

Our goal is to work fairly and responsibly with every family should a verified health-related concern arise.

Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain the validity of this health guarantee, buyers agree to:

  • Schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy
  • Provide proper nutrition, housing, exercise, and routine veterinary care
  • Follow recommended vaccination schedules
  • Avoid neglect, abuse, or unsafe living conditions

Failure to provide appropriate care may void portions of this guarantee.

Non-Covered Conditions

This health guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor illnesses easily treated by a veterinarian
  • Stress-related conditions caused by travel or environmental changes
  • Injuries occurring after the puppy leaves our care
  • Conditions caused by improper care, accidents, or negligence
  • Routine veterinary expenses

No Guarantee Against Common Variations

As living animals develop uniquely, we cannot guarantee:

  • Adult size or weight
  • Exact coat color changes over time
  • Breeding ability
  • Show quality
  • Temperament variations influenced by environment and training
